Frequently asked questions

Short answers about our services, how we work and quotations.

General

What services do you offer?

All types of decor and finishing: interior, exterior and decorative painting; gypsum board and false ceilings; marble alternative sheets; shipboard/wood alternative (WPC) panels; and complete finishing and restoration.

Which cities do you cover?

Abha, Khamis Mushait and nearby areas in the Asir Region.

How do I get a quotation?

Use the quote form on the contact page, or send photos and measurements on WhatsApp to 055 122 4967. We’ll send an initial quote or book a site visit.

Is the site visit free?

Site visits within Abha and Khamis Mushait are free for quotation requests.

Do you take small jobs, like a single wall?

Yes. We do small jobs such as a TV wall, headboard or one room’s ceiling, as well as complete villa finishing.

Work & payment

Who supplies the materials?

We supply materials as part of the quotation once you approve the samples. You can supply them yourself if you prefer.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. The expected duration is written in the quotation before we start, and we stick to it.

Do you protect furniture during work?

Yes. We cover floors and furniture, keep the site tidy, and clean up when we finish.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. We warranty our workmanship; the period and terms are stated in the quotation depending on the work and materials.

How do payments work?

Payments are staged against project milestones and set out in the quotation before work begins.

Painting

How long does it take to paint an average apartment?

It depends on the area and the condition of the walls. A typical ready apartment takes a few working days; we confirm the exact time after the site visit.

Do you treat damp before painting?

Yes. We find the source of the damp first, treat the wall, and use a suitable primer so the stains don’t come back.

Can I see the colour before you paint?

Yes. We paint a small sample on your actual wall so you can see it in your home’s light before approving.

Gypsum Board

How much height does a gypsum ceiling take?

Usually 10–30 cm depending on the design and AC ducts. We propose the right design after measuring the room.

Is gypsum board suitable for bathrooms?

Yes. In bathrooms and kitchens we use moisture-resistant (green) boards with a suitable paint.

Can the ceiling hold a chandelier?

Yes. We add dedicated reinforcement at the chandelier point while building the frame, based on its weight.

Marble Alternative

How is it different from natural marble?

Marble sheets are far lighter, faster to install and cheaper, with no demolition. Natural marble is heavier and costlier. On interior walls the sheets look very close to the real thing.

Can it be installed over old tiles?

Often yes, if the surface is solid and level — which saves you the cost of removing tiles. We confirm this during the site visit.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

Yes. The panels are waterproof and we seal joints and corners with materials made for wet areas.

Wood Alternative

What does “shipboard alternative” mean?

It is the common market name for wood-alternative panels and slats used instead of timber or chipboard for wall cladding. Their key advantage is moisture resistance.

Is it affected by humidity or sun?

WPC resists moisture and does not rot. For areas in direct sun we recommend exterior-grade panels.

Can it be combined with lighting?

Yes. We leave channels for hidden LED lighting between slats or above and below the design.

Fit-Out & Finishing

Do you take on commercial projects?

Yes. We fit out shops and offices and plan the schedule around your opening date.

Can you do just part of the house?

Of course. We can renovate a single room, majlis or wall, or phase the project over time.

Do you help choose the design?

Yes. We suggest designs, colours and materials that suit the space and budget, and show you samples before work starts.
